A day on the house
Twenty-four hours, free
Watch a match, find your channels, see how it copes on a Saturday night. Then decide, or don't.

THE GIST
The free day starts when your log-in arrives and runs for 24 hours on one set, with the full line-up and library. No card, no automatic upgrade, no strings.
- Tell us your screen so you get the right steps.
- Test at the time you watch most, ideally an evening.
- If anything stutters, the buffering guide fixes most causes in minutes.
A checklist for your free day
- Find your channels. Search for the three you would miss most.
- Watch at peak time. 8pm to 10pm is when home broadband is busiest; see the broadband guide.
- Check the programme guide. Listings should appear; if not, read the programme guide fixes.
- Look up a film or series. Or ask us before you pay.
- Ask us something. Time how long the answer takes.
Free day questions
Is a card needed?
Not at all. Payment details never come up, and the day simply runs out.
Can a household try two sets?
The free day is for one set. Deciding between rentals for a busy house? Ask and we can open a second set for the same 24 hours.
What happens afterwards?
Nothing, unless you choose a rental. The log-in stops and nobody chases you.
