We hold the bare minimum: a way to contact you, the messages between us, your rentals and payment records. No advertising or tracking cookies run on this site, personal data is never sold, and server logs vanish after 30 days. Ask whenever you like to view, fix or erase your details.

Never on our watch
- Advertising, analytics or tracking cookies on this site.
- Selling or renting anybody’s details.
- Seeing or keeping card numbers; the payment companies deal with those.
Who handles data for us
Meta (for WhatsApp), the payment firms we use, whoever hosts our email and whoever hosts this site. Any of them abroad receive data under UK adequacy decisions or approved contract clauses.
Your rights
UK GDPR lets you have a copy of your data and ask for corrections, deletion, limits on use or a transfer, and lets you object. Write to [email protected] and hear back within a month. Complaints can also go to the ICO via its website, ico.org.uk.
